American Wheat Ale Beer Dust is the perfect water conditioning blend to produce a refreshing malty yet crisp wheat ale with enough bitterness to keep it American. Just add packet to your grain when mashing in for all grain brewing or to the boil when brewing an extract Wheat Ale.
Use only Reverse Osmosis (ro) water or distilled water.
1 packet is good for a 5 gallon batch of beer.
