Shipping

We generally ship products within 24-48 hours of receiving the order (except weekends and holidays), unless we are out of stock of the item.  If we are out of stock of an item, we give the buyer the choice (via email) to either be fully refunded or wait until the item is ready to be shipped.  

Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products, and some products can only be shipped within the contiguous United States.  UPS & FEDEX will not ship to a P.O. Box, you must provide a street address.  Please select USPS when shipping to PO Boxes.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies that we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  Items that are considered dimensional weight or oversize by the shipping carriers may incur additional shipping charges.
