No Hassle Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with any new item for any reason you can return the product within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item, excluding shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All original packaging, tags and instructions must be included with the return. All Returns must be in an unused and original, unopened condition.
Problem With Order
If you have had an item or order arrive damaged, missing, or you got the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We want to get it fixed for you as quickly as possible! We warrant against manufacturing defects on almost all of our products. If you have a defective product, please contact sales@phoenixbrewingsupply.com. We will either repair or replace your damaged product.
