Bitter Dried Orange Peel
Traditionally Used to spice Belgian style beers, especially Witbiers, Grand Cru's and Holiday ales. This is the bitter type of orange peels, not the sweet type. Bitter Orange Peel lends an herbal, citrusy flavor and aroma to beers and can be used in any beer that you think could use some citrus punch. Add 1 ounce during the last 2-5 minutes of the boil.
