Coriander Seed
Whole seeds most commonly used to spice Belgian Style Witbiers. Coriander adds a spicy lemony flavor and aroma to beers. For best results, crush 1/2 to 1 oz of Coriander Seed per 5 gallon batch. Add during the last 2-5 minutes of the boil.
