Five Star 5.2 pH Stabilizer
Never worry about pH again when you brew!!!
One tablespoon of 5.2 pH Stabilizer per 5 gallon batch and your water is instantly adjusted to the perfect pH of 5.2, no matter what your starting pH was. (If you are doing all-grain you add it to your mash water. You will still add 1 tablespoon per 5 gallon batch regardless of mash water volume. You do not need to add any extra to your hot-liquor (HLT) or boil kettle.)
5.2 pH Stabilizer is a proprietary blend of food-grade phosphate buffers (similar to brewer’s salts) that will lock in your mash and kettle water at a pH of 5.2 regardless of the starting pH of your water. 5.2 pH Stabilizer is safe for your mash and WILL NOT add any flavors to your beer. 5.2 pH Stabilizer will provide consistency of pH in any water conditions, but the most significant gains will be obtained if you are brewing in hard water.
