This SUPER IRISH MOSS is a proprietary blend of negatively charged, red seaweed based, Kapa and Lambda carrageenans,  It is designed to attract the positively charged haze forming protiens together in the brew kettle and primary fermenter allowing them to ten settle out to the bottom.  SUPER IRISH MOSS HB helps prevent chill haze.

Add  1/4 teaspoon to the last 10 minutes of the boil
